Moulding

Glass

At Dovetails the glazing is one of the most important elements of a frame, so we take our glass seriously.  Only the best quality picture framing glass is sold here.  Even our most affordable glass has 45% UV protective qualities.  Need reflection control, conservation, or even museum quality glass?  We will help you to understand the differences and guide you in the right direction.  You won’t find any “hardware glass” here.

Matting

Matting is as important to consider as any other element.  Not only does matting add dimension and visual interest but also provides protection by creating a small air-space between the art and the glass.  We carry only the best mats available, each one acid-free.
